PUMA Velocity Nitro 2 Women's Running Shoes and 7 Bridges Walk - Good support and bounce over 30 K of Sydney roads

 by Ganesh Sahathevan

This pair of PUMA Velocity Nitro 2 Women's Running Shoes was road tested over roughly 30 kms of inner Sydney roads during the annual 7 Bridges Walk. The shoe provided good support to low arches, and bounce that was especially useful during the uphill sections of the walk.

The owner of this pair (not this writer) completed the route in six hours, with minimal rests, is not an athlete, and  has a problem with low arches that are normally in need of support  even during the daily pedestrian commute.

Map courtesy AllTrails.Walk cane be commenced at. anumber of stations on the route, so elevated sections can be encountered at the end of the journey.
