NSW abortion bill a good example of political Islam at work-The unborn also can join the ranks of the martyrs

Image
by Ganesh Sahathevan The public debate about the NSW abortion bill has seen opposition from mainly Christian and in particular Catholic and Orthodox churches but nothing has been heard from Australia's devout Muslim community or their leaders. except for statements of this sort which one has to look for: The silence is striking given that "abortion is haram". Having said that readers should note that the Abortion Law Reform Bill 2016 which was rejected was in fact   introduced by Greens MLC Dr Mehreen Faruqi . Faruqi has since become a NSW senator in Commonwealth Senate,  and has been more than happy to project herself as a spokesperson for the Muslims of Australia.  The Greens have become champions of Muslims like Faruqi despite the fact that in Islam there is lttle if any room for the Greens cherished belief in gay rights, same sex marriage, and other liberal attitudes which are punishable by public caning even in Muslim countries in this region. Voters being treated as illiterates :When did the REJECTED Abortion Law Reform Bill 2016 become the Reproductive Health Care Reform Bill 2019: Is the Dept Of Justice again playing politics; if yes further evidence that the 2019 Bill is tainted by bad advice

by Ganesh Sahathevan In 2017 the Abortion Law Reform (Miscellaneous Acts Amendment) Bill 2016 was defeated in the NSW P arliament. It had been introduced by Greens MLC Dr Mehreen Faruqi . In 2019 proposed legislation with the same or similar effect has been reintroduced as the Reproductive Health Care Reform Bill 2019. This does seem like an attempt at too clever marketing by the Department of Justice which is responsible for drafting and proposing law reform(see article below). This subterfuge seems to be an attempt to mislead voters and Parliamentarians and provides further grounds for members of the upper house to reject this Bill. Voters do not like being  treated as illiterates. NSW abortion bill tainted by NSW Dept Of Justice desire to play politics, compounded by poor legal research skills-Shooters right to reject bill, others should follow

by Ganesh Sahathevan  PHOTO:  NSW Shooters, Fishers and Farmers MLC, Robert Borsak, says gun reform is not a priority issue for his party in the next Parliament.  (Facebook: Shooters Farmers and Fishers Party, Robert Borsak) SkyNews reported: Leader of the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party Robert Borsak said his party will attempt to block the abortion decriminalisation bill when it comes before the NSW upper house on Tuesday. Speaking to Sky News he said the government has rushed the legislation through parliament and it is destined 'to be a shambolic mess'. Readers are reminded that the Department Of Justice is the division of the civil service responsible for law reform and drafting legislation. This writer has shown that the Department considers itself a player, not merely adviser , in  NSW (and quite likely national) politics. That overstepping of boundaries is compounded by poor research skills and judgement, as illustrated by the  article(see below)

LPAB foray into international politics, 1MDB and a HK IPO demand that the Chairman (the CJ NSW) signs off the accounts

What the 1999 Annual Report of the German listed Beate Uhse AG has to do with the Legal Profession Board NSW's lack of proper disclosure requiresexplanation; now read on. In August 2018 the NSW Legal Profession Admission Board (LPAB), which is part of the Department Of Justice, and under the purview of the Attorney General NSW Mark Speakman, issued a document which held this story that can be found on the Net to be true: Ganesh Sahathevan, RPK, Clare Brown, Ginny Stein And The Blood Money Trail The article was in fact an attack on the current Prime Minister of Malaysia, Mahathir Mohamad, accusing him of bribing the ABC's 4 Corners program to broadcast a false story about the then prime minister Najib Razak. In doing so the LPAB implied that the 1MDB theft, described by former US Attorney General Jeff Sissons as the biggest case of kleptocracy in history, was in fact a conspiracy engineered by Mahathir, and this writer. The circumstances that led to the above have not been i

In 2012 Labor fast tracked the visa application of well known jihadi Dr Tareq Al-Suwaidan ,despite the US ICE evidence against him

by Ganesh Sahathevan Senator Kristina Keneally has rallied multicultural groups across Australia to join her campaign to ban a right-wing commentator from Australia. Source: AAP While Kristina Kenneally rallies the troops against " right-wing commentator Raheem Kassam's   upcoming visit to Australia" it is useful to recall that in 2012 Chris Bowen, the then Minister for Immigration, fast tracked if not did not object to a visa being issued to Dr Tareq Al-Suwaidan a well known jihadi, thus enabling his speaking tour of Australia. Bowen and Labor did so despite the evidence of Suwaidan's jihadi activities contained in official US Government documents that were in the public domain. David Kane was the  Senior Special Agent with the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement ("ICE") who undertook some of the earliest investigations into terrorist financing after 9-11. His affidavit in the matter of Soliman Bieheri  provided details of

Recasting of the Carlovers decision in favour of Vincent Tan has coincided with the appointment of Tan Siew Ting McKeogh as Executive Officer LPAB

by Ganesh Sahathevan Appointment of Tan Siew Ting McKeogh as Executive Officer LPAB adds to governance ,reporting issues at the LPAB, Department of Justice As reported on a related blog the a ppointment of Tan Siew Ting McKeogh as Executive Officer LPAB has added to governance ,reporting issues at the LPAB, Department of Justic It can now be shown that the recent recasting on Levine J's decision in Carlovers V Sahathevan (see below) in favour of the plaintiffs led by Malaysian businessman Vincent Tan has coincided with the appointment of Tan Siew Ting McKeogh as Executive Officer of the LPAB who is understood to be originally from Malaysia. While sharing the same surname does not imply relationship, clan and racial allegiances matter and cannot be disregarded. The Tan-McKeogh administration of the LPAB has determined that even a letter from the Attorney General's Chambers Malaysia obtained by this writer via his lawyers in Malaysia and provided the LPAB
