COVID quarantine fees- Failure to provide itemised invoices enabled then Commissioner Of Police Mick Fuller to conceal payments to Healthcare Australia
by Ganesh Sahathevan
Anyone who was subjected to the Berejiklian- Hazzard 14 day COVID hotel quarantine would recall receiving so-called health checks. Many if not all would have assumed that these were calls from doctors and nurses of the Sydney Local Health District (SLHD), in whose name invoices were issued.
Despite numerous requests from this writer, SLHD refused to provide an itemised invoice, referring all queries to Revenue NSW. As it turns out, the phone calls were from employees of Healthcare Australia who say they "partnered with NSW Health in providing health and wellness consultations to "guest" during their quarantine".
Healthcare Australia's "partnering" has never been made public and adds to the problems reported below, which go to the nature and quantum of Berejiklian's so-called quarantine fee, enforced by Mike Fuller who is now a partner at PwC. It is unclear how much "guests" paid for Healthcare Australia's services which were forced onto them. It is also unclear how much less the "fee" might have been if the so-called services were provided by SLHD as "guests" were led to believe.
Why the "fee" for services, as Tudehope put it, had to be paid to SLHD via Revenue NSW , for services provided by Healthcare Australia has been concealed by Berejiklian, Hazzard, Dominello and Fuller.

Reported by the SMH in October 2023:
A 2021 investigation by the Ombudsman found Revenue NSW had unlawfully used an automated system to issue garnishee orders between 2016 and 2019, leaving financially vulnerable people unable to pay rent.
The agency’s spokesperson said all recent decisions to issue garnishee orders for outstanding quarantine fees had been made by an officer delegated by the Commissioner of Fines Administration.
