Emails to WA Crime Commissioner John McKechnie QC being read in Singapore?

Justice John McKechnie(as he then was) once  said  the WACCC had kicked "some spectacular own goals" in recent years.Now as its head, his conduct needs investigation.


It has been previously reported on this blog that the WA Corruption & Crime Commissioner John McKechnie QC confirmed but dismissed Anne Azza Aly's referring queries about her the funding of her charity PAVE  to Malaysia as not "new or worthy of consideration".


It has since come to this writer's attention  that the email query sent McKechnie by this writer has been read on at least two occasions by person or persons in Singapore.Records show that at least one email was read on a Starhub server located in Singapore's  South West Community Development Council area.It is unclear what the contents of the email are being used for,and by whom.It is likely that McKechnie's own comments (and others he may have forwarded the email to)  have been added to the original email from this writer, and that those contents also are of interest to the Singapore entities.

Malaysian agencies do have a presence in Singapore, as does one Zulfikar Shariff, who led the Islamic Council Of Victoria 's Media Montors project, in which Anne Aly was also involved.
Shariff is a well known supporter of Al-Qaeda and ISIS and has family in Singapore (from where he comes) and in Melbourne, where his wife and children are based. He is currently in prison in Singapore,having been arrested on terrorism related charges. 

McKechnie should be stood down while his conduct is investigated. The integrity of the WACCC's IT system is likely to have been compromised by  his actions,and hence a complete systems audit will also be required.

were brought to the attention of The Hon John McKechnie QC,the current Commissioner, WA Corruption and Crime ,given the security implications that arise from the connections between PAVE and one David (Dave) Allen, currently Assistant Director Intelligence,WA CCC. 


McKechnie's response is as follows:

Thank you for the email. I am the Corruption and Crime Commissioner. I will decide if and when Mr Allens security clearance should be reconsidered but nothing in this email is either new or worthy of consideration.

Readers have now confirmation from no  less a personage than the WA CCC Commissioner himself, a former judge and QC,of the fact of Aly's Dubai connection, and her referring  queries about her work to person or persons in Malaysia and Singapore.
With regards these matters being not "worthy of consideration", clearly the commissioner and former judge , despite his new position, has much to learn about how and why information is sought, acquired ,traded and utilized. 
That lesson will have to be in an another posting, but some material has been provided below to allow readers to determine the matter for themselves, These notes were provided the Commissioner.

Strata managers' aversion to contact with tenants can leave strata managers exposed to personal liability

 by Ganesh Sahathevan      Advice for living in, or buying into, a strata community Strata managers are employed to manage strata schemes which are often home to renters as well as owners. However, in evasion of that which they are paid to do there are instances where strata managers have attempted  to evade their duties by refusing to  deal with tenants.   Even this writer can recall an instance where the strata manager warned that it was against the law for tenants to contact him directly.  The instances where strata managers have refused to deal with tenants occur when the issues raised concern fairly pedestrian maintenance issues, for example blocked plumbing and the like.
