1 MDB asset seizure -30 days up but Riza, Jho Low yet to file notice of interest;Apandi ,1 MDB nowhere to be seen

Claimants, or interested parties, in a US civil forfeiture have  30 days to file notice against challenging a  seizure.
The Wolf of Wall Street asset seizure was filed Wednesday 20 July 2016,and by the close of business
today, Friday 2 September 2016, 32 working days would have passed since the US Department Of Justice filed the Wolf Of Wall Street application.

So far, as the public record below reveals , Riza Aziz's  Red Granite Pictures Inc has been the only interested party to have filed a notice of interest. Neither Riza, Jho Low nor any other person has filed notice. Red Granite filed notice on 1 August 2016, well within the shorter 15 days  applicable where there is personal service of the seizure, and hence it is not likely that Riza ,Jho and any other party involved is delaying notice of interest and challenge until some other deadline that may be available to them.
It does appear as if  Red Granite's challenge was to be the only response to the DOJ seizure, and even there is does seem that a deal has already been reached, to ring fence  future earnings from the Wolf Of Wall Street.
There has been no application by the Government of Malaysia, contrary to statements by Malaysia's Attorney General Apandi Ali.

However, in evasion of that which they are paid to do there are instances where strata managers have attempted  to evade their duties by refusing to  deal with tenants.   Even this writer can recall an instance where the strata manager warned that it was against the law for tenants to contact him directly.  The instances where strata managers have refused to deal with tenants occur when the issues raised concern fairly pedestrian maintenance issues, for example blocked plumbing and the like.
