1 MDB : Is there a link between Quintin Rozario, his Delta Law and the 1 MDB Cayman units

DELTA LAW

Commercial Law and Property Group

Don’t let inefficient legal services undermine your success.
You have a vision for your company’s growth.
Are you allowing unresolved legal problems to cloud and stifle that vision?
  • innovative and binding legal solutions
  • frank and practical advice
  • electronic file access
  • cost effective and transparent billing

Is Quintin Rozario, given his bellicose and wholly misinformed statements on 1 MDB,also part of the Australian end of the 1 MDB scandal? This was the question posed on this blog yesterday and in this post readers attention is drawn to the fact that Rozario and his Delta Law are based near Brisbane , as was Avestra Asset Management, the Gold Coast company said to have managed  some USD 2 billion of 1 MDB's funds, including  the so-called "Cayman units".

The emergence of some small unknown firm on the Gold Coast as the manager of 1 MDB's missing billions came as a surprise to many, as has Rozario's recent emergence in connection with 1 MDB. It is he who has claimed intimate knowledge of 1 MDB's finances, suggesting that there is some US conspiracy to "cheat" what most know to be a debt-riddled corporate shell.

The US DOJ indictment details how US law firms' trust accounts were used to funnel 1 MDB money. It is again, only prudent to determine if Rozario and his Delta Law have provided any similar services.
