Former ABCC , current APSC John Lloyd defends Jobactive scam where two separate legal entities claim to be one, the same, no different
The Hon. John Lloyd PSM
Australian Public Service Commissioner
John LLoyd's defence of DEEWR Secretary Renee Leon against allegations of impropriety and misconduct in the award of contracts to failed printer Fred Van Steel, reported earlier on this blog has taken a new twist with a claim by Olympus Solutions Ltd that it is one and the same as Ability Options, which it previously claimed was a JV partner(see stories below).
ASIC records show that ASIC records show that Olympus is a company limited by guarantee-no shares held by Ability Options, as Ms Leon and delegates claim. Its directors include one RAIFE ANDREW WATSON, chief executive and sales director of Adzuna Australia Pty Ltd,a company that benefits directly from internet traffic directed its way by Olympus.
The other directors include Fred Van Steel, and a Pearl Forrester, and Nic Bolto, a teacher turned publisher who has had form turning non-profits into nice little earners
There has also been the claim that that Ability is the holding company, and Olympus the subsidiary via which the JobActive work is undertaken.Readers are reminded that Ability is a not for profit, which these days seems more interested in NDIS funding.
