Appointment of Tan Siew Ting McKeogh as Executive Officer LPAB adds to governance ,reporting issues at the LPAB, Department of Justice

The appointment assumes that Washington will share the Sydney establishment's perspective of Sinodinos' Australian Water Holdings matter.That perspective is described by Richard Ackland in the 2016 Guardian article below. In 2017 ICAC determined that Sinodinos did not need to disclose he stood to benefit from Australian Water Holdings (AWH)  a water company gaining a public private partnership. The fall adds to the weakness inherent in the share price which has fallen from a high 96 HK Cents just after its IPO and listing in May last year, to roughly 30- 40 HK Cents since Octrouober last year. This week the share price has gone sub-30.
